Adobe to Purchase Figma for About $20 Billion

Adobe Inc.
is in superior talks to purchase Figma for round $20 billion, based on individuals conversant in the matter, in a deal that may be the software program firm’s largest.
A deal, to be paid for roughly half in inventory, half in money, could possibly be accomplished as quickly as Thursday, assuming talks don’t collapse, the individuals stated.
Adobe, which has a market worth of about $174 billion, was set to report its third-quarter earnings Thursday afternoon.
